The Fraternity Brother

You asked about bad bosses. I'm quitting my job today because of my boss. I am in an enforcement position and I busted a large party one night. The guys involved were fraternity brothers of my boss. The next day he sent me an email saying he wanted to meet with me. He was threatening and intimidating and put me on job probation citing rumors he claimed he had heard through the grapevine. I asked if he had attempted to substantiate them and he said no, but the guy that told him goes to church. He's made work a living hell for me and as I'm not into self torture, I'm doing what's best for me and moving on. Four other staff members are leaving because of this also.
